Anti-SDC2 Antibody

A primary antibody for research applications from Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG targets Syndecan 2/HSPG (SDC2) and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity has been confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19-144 of human SDC2 (NP_002989.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 50 kDa. The liquid antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.
