Anti-SCYL1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against SCYL1 (SCY1-like protein 1), a90 kDa pseudokinase, and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot (catalog item A39859, listed at $415 for the 50 µl size). The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it is recommended for Western blot (WB) detection of endogenous SCYL1 protein, with suggested dilutions in the 1:500–1:1,000 range. According to the supplier datasheet, it was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 460–740 of human SCYL1 (NP_065731.3) and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies.
