Anti-SCYL1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against SCYL1 (SCY1-like pseudokinase 1). The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for Western Blotting and is reported to be suitable for immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been KO validated.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 460–740 of human SCYL1 (NP_065731.3). The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is provided. The reported molecular weight of the target is 90 kDa.
