Anti-SCTR Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated antibody to Secretin receptor/SCTR, produced by Antibodies.com. The reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 151-461 of human SCTR (UniProt P47872) and is of the IgG isotype. It reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. The predicted molecular weight is 50 kDa; concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF.
