Anti-SCRN2 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against SCRN2, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human and mouse samples.

The antigen used for immunisation was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 176–425 of human SCRN2 (NP_612364.2), and the reagent was affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Shipped at 4°C, it should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000, and the target has an expected molecular weight of approximately 47 kDa.
