Anti-SCP2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets Sterol carrier protein 2 (SCP2) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-322 of human SCP2 (NP_001007099.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 59 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Concentration is lot-specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
