Anti-SCO2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SCO2, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 100–266 of human SCO2 (NP_005129.2). The reagent is affinity purified and supplied in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target has a predicted molecular weight of 30 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
