Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the gamma subunit of the amiloride-sensitive epithelial sodium channel (SCNN1G, also known as gamma-ENaC or ENaCG). Supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is affinity-purified and intended for research-use applications in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal (IgG isotype), providing broad epitope coverage suitable for detecting endogenous levels of the ~83 kDa SCNN1G protein. Reactivity has been validated against human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a convenient option for translational and animal-model studies of sodium transport in epithelial tissues. For best results, short-term storage at4 °C is recommended, with the glycerol-containing buffer protecting the protein during routine handling; for longer-term storage, aliquot and freeze at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Always centrifuge the vial briefly before opening and handle with appropriate PPE owing to the sodium azide preservative. Each lot is released with consistent QC parameters to support reproducible band patterns in WB and clean staining in IHC workflows.
