Anti-SCNN1D Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the Epithelial Sodium Channel delta subunit (SCNN1D) and is supplied in a 50 µL format at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen – a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human SCNN1D – which allows it to detect endogenous levels of total SCNN1D protein. The isotype is rabbit IgG, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with human samples, making it a useful tool for ion channel and epithelial transport research.
