Anti-SCNN1D Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the delta subunit of the epithelial sodium channel (ENaC), this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets SCNN1D for western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on human and mouse samples. SCNN1D contributes to amiloride-sensitive sodium conduction across epithelial membranes and is most often examined in studies of renal sodium handling, neuronal signaling, and pancreatic physiology.
