Anti-SCNN1B Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets SCNN1B and is validated for Western Blot applications. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Monkey samples.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 406–640 of human SCNN1B (NP_000327.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 75 kDa.

For Western Blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Antibody concentration is lot specific.
