This rabbit polyclonal reagent recognizes SCNM1 (Sodium Channel Modifier 1), a protein linked to modulation of voltage-gated sodium channels and to alternative splicing of channel transcripts within excitable cells. Supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 15 mM sodium azide, the antibody is provided as a 100 µl aliquot suitable for western blot workflows.
Validated reactivity covers human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling comparative expression analyses in tissues where sodium channel biology is under investigation. The polyclonal format offers broad epitope coverage, useful when target abundance is limited or when probing isoform-specific differences between species. Sodium azide is included at 15 mM as a preservative; the unconjugated format allows researchers to couple it to their preferred reporter or affinity label for downstream detection in immunoblotting and related applications.
