Anti-SCN9A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human SCN9A (Nav1.7), enabling selective detection of endogenous total SCN9A protein in western blotting and immunohistochemistry workflows. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and it has been validated for reactivity against human and mouse samples. Each lot is shipped cold at 4 °C and should be aliquoted for long-term storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity.
