Anti-SCN4B Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SCN4B and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).

Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 80–228 of mouse SCN4B (accession Q7M729). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 38 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. A third-party datasheet illustrates WB validation at 1:1,000 dilution using 25 µg of lysate per lane, with detection by ECL.
