Anti-SCN4B Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SCN4B (Sodium channel subunit beta-4). It is unconjugated and validated for Western Blotting (WB), with reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human SCN4B and specifically detects endogenous levels of total SCN4B protein.

Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, the reagent is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
