Anti-SCN3B Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against SCN3B. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23–160 of human SCN3B (NP_060870.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It reacts with human and mouse samples and has been validated for Western blot, with a recommended working dilution of 1:1,000–1:2,000. The target has a molecular weight of 30 kDa.

Concentration is reported as lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
