Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against SCN-pan, unconjugated and validated for Western blot. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3.
The target has a molecular weight of approximately 229 kDa. Specificity is directed at endogenous SCN-pan protein, with the antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human SCN-pan. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The host species is Rabbit and the isotype is IgG.
