Anti-SCG2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targeting SCG2, also referred to as Chromogranin C or SGII. The unconjugated antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30-320 of human SCG2 (NP_003460.2) and is affinity purified.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has an expected molecular weight of 65 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
