Anti-SCFD1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SCFD1, also referred to as Sly1. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and, according to the manufacturer, for immunohistochemistry (IHC), with four scientific validation images available.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 373–642 of human SCFD1 (NP_057190.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 72 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
