Anti-SCCA1 / 2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent specifically detects endogenous SCCA1 / 2 (also annotated as Serpin B3, Squamous cell carcinoma antigen 1, SCCA, SCCA-1 and T4-A) and is supplied in a 50 µl liquid format at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The unconjugated antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human SCCA1 / 2 and then affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, ensuring selective recognition of the native target. Validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA workflows, it shows clean reactivity with human samples and is intended for laboratory research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. The formulation is PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, which keeps the protein stable during transit.
