Description
Polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against SCARB2, supplied unconjugated. The Antibodies.com antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human SCARB2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of SCARB2 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 54 kDa. The antibody is of the IgG isotype.
