Anti-SCARB1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Scavenging Receptor SR-BI (also known as SCARB1) and is supplied as a liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human SR-BI (NP_005496.4), and the target band is reported at a molecular weight of 75 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000.
