Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SCAND1 and is supplied as a liquid formulation. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Backed by 2 scientific validation images, the reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–179 of human SCAND1 (NP_057642.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 19 kDa. Recommended dilution for Western Blot is 1:500–1:2,000. The product concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
