Anti-SBDS Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SBDS in human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and detects SBDS, with the immunogen being a recombinant protein of human SBDS. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and, according to the product listing, is also suitable for Immunofluorescence (IF). The reagent recognises endogenous levels of total SBDS protein.

Provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody was purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are available for this reagent.
