The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 572–763 of human SATB1 (NP_002962.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a lot-specific concentration. The target has a stated molecular weight of 100 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:100–1:500.
