Anti-SATB1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SATB1 and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows.

The reagent was generated using a recombinant protein of human SATB1 as immunogen, and the antibody has been shown to detect endogenous levels of total SATB1 protein. It is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Purification was carried out by affinity chromatography using the immunogen.

Reactivity has been confirmed with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
