Anti-SATB1 Antibody

A primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against the SATB1 target as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent. The antibody recognises SATB1 in human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent was generated using recombinant full-length human SATB1 as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of SATB1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. SATB1 has an expected molecular weight of approximately 85 kDa. Two scientific validation images are available.
