Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SAT1, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target migrates at approximately 20 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to a region of human SAT1 (NCBI accession NP_002961.1). One scientific validation image is available. The product is supplied as a liquid; concentration is lot-specific.
