Anti-SART1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SART1, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as an IgG reagent raised in rabbit. The antibody is reactive against human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation workflows.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–255 of human SART1 (NP_005137.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry and 1:20–1:50 for immunoprecipitation. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
