Anti-SARNP Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the SARNP protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 165-210 of Human SARNP as immunogen, and detects endogenous levels of SARNP protein. The target has an observed molecular weight of approximately 29 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

Purified by affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody shows a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. One scientific validation image is provided.
