Anti-SARDH Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against SARDH. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 300-560 of human SARDH (NP_009032.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is lot specific.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on mouse and rat samples, with two scientific validation images available. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 101 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
