Anti-Sarcoglycan-β (V136) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Sarcoglycan-β and recognises the V136 region of the protein. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 102–158 of Human Sarcoglycan-β, and the polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of Sarcoglycan-β protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 35 kDa.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
