Anti-SAR1B Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises SAR1B and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry applications and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-198 of human SAR1B (NP_057187.1). For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The reagent has been affinity purified and is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
