Anti-SAR1B Antibody

The polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit recognizes SAR1B, a small GTPase of the ARF/SAR family that initiates COPII coat assembly at endoplasmic reticulum exit sites and directs ER-to-Golgi trafficking of nascent secretory cargo, including chylomicron assembly intermediates.
