Anti-SAR1A Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes SAR1A, a Ras-related GTPase that initiates COPII coat assembly at endoplasmic-reticulum exit sites and supports vesicle transport from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus. Supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated rabbit IgG in a vial, the reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples.

Investigators can use it to assess endogenous SAR1A abundance in denatured cell or tissue lysates by Western blot or to map protein localization in fixed tissue sections by immunohistochemistry.
