Anti-SAP30BP Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against SAP30BP (SAP30 binding protein), a target mapped to the nucleoplasm and predicted to localise intracellularly [C0, S1, S2]. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples [C0, S2].

The antibody is generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–308 of human SAP30BP (NP_037392.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography [S2]. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and IF: 1:50–1:200 [S2]. The target migrates at a molecular weight of 50 kDa [S2].
