Anti-SAP18 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of its Primary Antibodies range, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the SAP18 target and supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation of IgG isotype. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21–172 of human SAP18 (NP_005861.2), and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the SAP18 target is 18 kDa.

Validated applications include Western Blot at 1:200–1:2,000, Immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
