Anti-SAMM50 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to SAMM50/SAM50, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified. The target has a predicted molecular weight of 55 kDa.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–220 of human SAMM50 (NP_056195.3). Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and IP 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
