Anti-SAMD9L Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes SAMD9L (Sterile Alpha Motif Domain Containing 9-Like), an interferon-stimulated cytoplasmic protein encoded on chromosome 7q21.2 that contributes to innate antiviral defense and negative regulation of cell proliferation. Raised against the human target and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the reagent produces a characteristic band pattern in lysates of human origin and supports staining workflows in formalin-fixed tissue sections. The unconjugated format, supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl aliquot of rabbit antiserum, gives laboratories flexibility to pair it with their own HRP, biotin, or fluorophore secondary reagents.
