This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 120–170 of human Sam 68. It is unconjugated and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent detects endogenous levels of Sam 68 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 48 kDa.
Provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, it has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen and affinity chromatography. Purity exceeds 95% by SDS-PAGE.
