Anti-S6 Ribosomal Protein (Ab-235) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against S6 Ribosomal Protein and recognises an epitope mapping around amino acids 233–237 (R-L-S-S-L) of the human protein, allowing detection of the endogenous total S6 ribosomal protein in lysates and tissue sections. The antibody is supplied in unconjugated form at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide after immunisation of rabbits with a synthetic KLH-conjugated peptide. It is available in a 50 µL pack size and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications across human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for a broad range of cell biology and signalling studies.
