Anti-S100A7 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets S100A7, also referred to as Psoriasin. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–101 of human S100A7 (NP_002954.2), with the immunogen sequence MSNTQAERSIIGMIDMFHKYTRRDDKIEKPSLLTMMKENFPNFLSACDKKGTNYLADVFEKKDKNEDKKIDFSEFLSLLGDIATDYHKQSHGAAPCSGGSQ.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The recommended IHC dilution range is 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
