Anti-S100A6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody manufactured by Antibodies.com, targeting S100A6 (also referred to as S100 alpha 6/PRA). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, and is described as KO Validated. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-90 of human S100A6 (NP_055439.1). The product is supplied at a lot-specific concentration, as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification. The target protein has a molecular weight of 10 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF 1:50-1:200 and IP 1:20-1:50.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
