Anti-S100A4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against S100A4, supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. S100A4 is a calcium-binding EF-hand protein also known as fibroblast-specific protein 1 (FSP1) and metastasin, implicated in cytoskeletal remodelling, cell motility, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful for fibroblast lineage tracing, tumour stroma studies, and investigations of metastatic progression across a range of model systems and primary tissues. Store refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees C and protect from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles by aliquoting on first use. Intended for research use only.
