Anti-S100A4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody directed against S100A4, supplied by Antibodies.com in unconjugated form. The reagent is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and ELISA.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–101 of human S100A4. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 12 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reactivity has been validated against human and mouse samples.
