Anti-S100A3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against S100A3. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–101 of human S100A3 (NP_002951.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 12 kDa. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The concentration is lot specific.

For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
