S100A11 (S100 calcium-binding protein A11), also known as calgizzarin, is a small EF-hand calcium-binding protein involved in keratinocyte differentiation, wound healing responses, and tumor cell migration. The unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes this target and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows.
Reactivity spans human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting translational studies across species. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum in a vial and should be stored at -20 °C, with aliquoting recommended to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Intended for research use only in in vitro studies.
