Anti-S100A10 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against S100A10, offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

It is produced in rabbit and is of polyclonal clonality. Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human S100A10, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of the S100A10 protein. The product is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 11 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. One scientific validation image is available.
