Anti-S100A10 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody to S100A10 is available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent supplied in liquid form. It is raised in rabbit and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody reacts with human, mouse, rat and monkey samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–97 of human S100A10 (NP_002957.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 11 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC and ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
