Anti-S-100 Antibody [Q17-N]

A Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against S-100 is available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research applications. Designated clone Q17-N, it is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated in liquid form, and validated for use with Human samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human S100-A1 protein, with the antibody recognising the epitope located between Lys50 and Leu62. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunocytochemistry (ICC), with a recommended ICC dilution range of 1:100–1:500.

The formulation consists of Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, supplemented with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
